In 1929, YASDA was founded as the cylinder boring business in a small factory with only three people.
Since we introduced the first “horizontal fine boring milling machine, Jig Master” in 1964, we have developed and manufactured over 60 different machine centers.
We built each model to be highly accurate and extremely durable and they evolved to be more multi-functional and more automated for higher productivity.
We stand behind our immutable philosophy “Aiming for the best, not the biggest”. This philosophy summarizes YASDA’s spirit of “providing the best technologies and services with each of its products”.
Aiming for the best, not the biggest.
With our basic philosophy of “Aiming for the best, not the biggest” YASDA has always aimed at cultivating and securing excellent human resources and strict quality controls since its establishment, and continues to create machining centers with high precision and high durability.
Although times have changed, the style of YASDA has not fundamentally changed. Our uncompromising stance pervading throughout our sites has also not changed. What is consistent is “The first priority is precision.” We believe that only products with precision and stable function are market acceptable.
1929 Sinjiro Yasuda founds Strong Shoukai, the first enterprise to perform boring of automobile engine cylinders and manufactures various pistons.
